Another workshop is a Paperwork and Admin session, which is not technically part of the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC), but is another additional session added to the program so as new instructors will know where to find the relevant forms online, what they look like and how to process students. The DSD Workshop is another one which has been extended and developed by introducing more effective ways to control new student divers in confined and in Open Water. A range of additional workshops are actually designed in a role play type situation with the idea of developing teamwork abilities whilst also delivering some useful industry tips on conduct and organization. Throughout all sessions and candidate presentations Holly will deliver feedback in way that develops candidate’s educational delivery whilst maintaining personal individual characteristics.
